R & D STRATEGY:
State of art R&D facility to make Vertical Business Integration
- Creating a Novel platform technology on Ready To Fill and Ready To Compressible Pellets & Granules
- Development of conventional solid dosage forms such as Tablets, Pellets, Film coated tablets, Hard gelatin capsules, Powders and Granules using Novel technology & Stability of finished goods in final commercial packing (PVC/PVDC/Triplex/Alu & Alu/Alu).
- Making insoluble drugs soluble through Nanotechnology.
STRATEGY ON PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Stage 1. Pre-formulation studies.
Literature Patent survey, API characterization, Compatibility of API Excipient studies.
Stage 2. Formulation studies.
Lab scale studies to conclude composition, process and stability on prototype formulation. Identifying critical process parameters & critical material attributes.
Stage 3. Scale up & Tech transfer studies.
Optimization of process parameters and finalization of composition and process. The development carried out as per ICH Q8 guidelines.
Stage 4. Validation
Validation carried out on three consecutive batches.
Stage 5. Commercialization
As per Validation we will commercialize the batch.
